When do you release new items? 
All the time. We currently release items every week. In the future - we may try schedule drop days.

Do you offer children sizes?
We offer all sizes - infant, toddler, youth +adult. Our system has some limitations how many sizing options we can offer and we are always trying to find a better way to showcase all the options. If you'd like to purchase a design in a size /color not listed, please call / text: 218-201-1540 or shoot us an email: sales@centralstreetcreations.com. 

Is there any limitations on what I can order as a custom design?
No, we have no limits +we can pretty much create any +everything! While we may not showcase all the things for personal reasons, we are open to making anything.

Can I shop in person?
Yes - we have a retail store located at 116 W Johnson in Warren, Minnesota. Currently, we are only open Tuesdays +Thursday evenings from 5-7pm. However, if you see a light on inside, stop in. If we are there, we are "open!"

How long does fulfillment take since you are a made to order boutique?
We currently have a turnaround timeframe of 7-10 business days, however we try get our items ordered +made as quick as we can. We have some pretty great vendors who are local-ish so we are able to provide a fairly quick TAT.

Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship to USA or Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?
We are able to take cash, local checks or card payments. We accept local Warren Bucks. We offer gift certificates, as well.

What is your return policy?
Most items are final sale due to many customizations that are available. Please see our return policy for more information.

My order was wrong or defective, what should I do?
Contact us right away. We strive for small town customer service +will do what we can to make sure you are a happy camper with your items!

I want to order a large quantity for my personal use, large group, or my business: who should I contact?
